1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

• A messaging and inquiry system to connect couples with vendors; and
• Paid listing and advertising options for vendors.

Alliance Wedding acts solely as a platform connecting couples and vendors. We are not a party to any agreement, contract, or transaction entered into between a couple and a vendor, and we do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or performance of any vendor's services.

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Registration

To access certain features of the Site, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep this information updated.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior, or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect the integrity of our platform.

5. Vendor Listings & Business Accounts

Vendors who register a business listing on Alliance Wedding agree to provide accurate and truthful information about their business, including services offered, pricing, availability, and portfolio content. Vendors are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information they publish on their listing.

Vendors are independent third parties and are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of Alliance Wedding. Any agreement, contract, deposit, or payment made between a couple and a vendor is strictly between those two parties. Alliance Wedding is not responsible for the performance, cancellation, quality, or conduct of any vendor listed on our platform.

We reserve the right to reject, edit, suspend, or remove any vendor listing that we believe violates these Terms, contains false or misleading information, or is otherwise inappropriate for our platform.

6. User-Generated Content & Reviews

The Site may allow users to submit reviews, ratings, comments, photographs, and other content ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Alliance Wedding a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display that content in connection with operating and promoting the Site.

You agree that any User Content you submit:

• Is truthful, accurate, and based on your genuine experience;
• Does not contain false, defamatory, misleading, or fraudulent statements;
• Does not infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party;
• Does not contain unlawful, obscene, threatening, harassing, or otherwise objectionable material; and
• Complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

8. Payments, Fees & Refunds

Certain features of the Site, such as premium or featured vendor listings, may require payment of fees. All fees are stated in the applicable currency and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise noted. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors, and by making a payment you agree to the terms and conditions of that payment processor.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, all fees are non-refundable. Any exceptions to this policy will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, with reasonable notice provided to affected users where required.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and the overall design and layout — is the property of Alliance Wedding or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, unless otherwise indicated. In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, our liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
